Mark Gensman has been running live sound since 1972 and founded Ground Zero Sound in 1980 with the specific purpose of bringing quality audio services to folks on a budget. From live sound to recording services, both live and in the studio, the concept has been successful.
  
Running sound for a variety of events including bluegrass festivals throughout the Northwest and Northern California, corporate events, concerts, night clubs, the Oregon Bluegrass Association Gospel Show and various theater performances for more than 25 years has given Ground Zero Sound a proven track record of providing quality sound.
  
Mark is also the travelling sound technician, recording engineer and producer for one of the Northwest’s premier bluegrass bands, Kathy Boyd And Phoenix Rising.
