2008 Goldendale “FIDDLIN’ AROUND THE STARS”
BLUEGRASS CAMP N’ JAM
Dear Vendor:
We would like to invite you to participate in Goldendale’s “Fiddlin’ Around The Stars” Bluegrass Camp n’ Jam for 2008. Goldendale is a picturesque, historical town located in South Central Eastern Washington. Please check out each of the events on our website and if you are interested in being a vendor at any of them…please contact our Vendor Coordinator Janet Crawford at your earliest convenience.
ü The Fiddlin’ Around The Stars includes 8 Bluegrass bands and a Bluegrass Camp n’ Jam at Ekone Park. The Goldendale Motorsports Association will include a Guys and Gals Truck and Tractor Pull at the Klickitat County Fairgrounds. Our Goldendale Observatory will be open and available for your viewing.
Many vendors have been invited to join our fęte…so get your registration into us as soon as possible to reserve your vendor space!

Tables: No tables or chairs will be provided; vendors are responsible for supplying their own tables and chairs.

Loading/Unloading: Vendors will be required to load and unload yourself.
Parking Available: Vendors will be required to park vehicles in the designated parking area.
Attendance Hours: Friday and Saturday from 10:00 AM until 6:00 PM. You are welcome to come earlier and open earlier and/or stay later.
Security: Vendor booths will be out in the open throughout the event. The City of Goldendale, Goldendale Chamber of Commerce, the Event Committee, and Golden Event Planning ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE. You are advised to remove any valuables from your vendor booth when you are not there. Minimal security will be on site.
Power Availability: Limited power. Please contact Vendor Coordinator with specific needs.
Water Availability: Water is available on site, however, vendors will be responsible for transporting water to their own location.
Trash Pick-up: There will be trash cans located throughout the vendor areas. Volunteers will be periodically emptying these cans. Vendors please bag all refuse and tie each bag then deposit in the cans provided.
